I took these pics just last week and it makes me kind of sad to look at them! Poor little Shaylie has been so sick lately that she just isn't herself and it seems easy to forget that she is normally such an upbeat, energetic happy toddler. I just pray that these antibiotics take effect and she can finally have some peace from this horrible cough and constantly running nose. She hasn't had a good nights rest in days (so neither have we!) and she gets upset so easily because she just doesn't feel good. She'll touch her chest or her nose and say, "Mommy, kiss, kiss" because she wants me to kiss it all better. The one thing that makes her happy no matter what, however, is playing in the water -- as you can see here.
