This is the first year I can remember truly falling in love with summer. Years past I held onto my spring and wished for my fall instead of appreciating summer completely.
I don't know what was different this year... but I have soaked up the season and loved every last drop.
Here is just one evening at the park. An evening of ice cream, baseball and playgrounds. Heaven on earth for the kids! And for this photog mommy who just could.not. pare down the photos (and usually I'm good at that!)
(I love Shaylie's looks of dismay! haha. Truman doesn't seem to notice his choke hold, but Shay does ;)
I love that Marilee is obviously in an uncomfortable spot but she loves the slide so much that she just lives it up and grins :)
